The chart below outlines our fee structure within Scottsdale and Paradise Valley1 as it pertains to both buyers and sellers.

For the purposes of this Fee Schedule, the Market Area is defined as the cities of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. All PEM listings can be cancelled at any time. Rates above apply to homes with a listed price starting at $750,000 up to $2,000,000. For homes below $750,000, the typical commission structures apply.
