25% + Monthly Bonus

As a consideration for your referrals, PEM is currently offering not only the standard 25% referral fee, but also a monthly bonus as an incentive to continuously refer clients. PEM is now accepting client referrals from agents throughout Scottsdale and Paradise Valley as well as from Tucson and Flagstaff with clients looking to relocate to the Scottsdale area.

The bonuses are calculated on the price of the home, on a graduating scale, the larger the sales price the larger the bonus.

Bonus Distribution

Monthly Bonuses are paid per each Agent’s fiscal year. At the beginning of each new fiscal year, the Monthly Bonus amount resets to $0.00. Monthly Bonuses are paid each month at the end of the month and are capped at $1,000 per Agent per month. A qualified referral is one in which a sale closes. There is no limit to the amount of referrals sent and each referral will receive 25% referral fee in addition to the Monthly Bonuses.
